1. Download Fedora 26 ISO on NAS:
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/26/Workstation/x86_64/iso/
2. Start gnome-boxes
3. Select the ISO image available through SMB
4. "Failed to start "Fedora-Workstation-Live-x86_64-26-20170701.n.0.iso""
The error in the journal is:
Jul 04 11:11:52 classic gnome-boxes[15461]: machine.vala:611: Failed to start Fedora-Workstation-Live-x86_64-26-20170701: Unable to start domain: Cannot access storage file '/home/hadess/.local/share/gnome-boxes/images/boxes-unknown' (as uid:4294967295, gid:4294967295): No such file or directory


gnome-boxes also throws those 2 lines of error in the journal every 5 seconds:
