Using Evince 2.32.0.145 for Windows downloaded from https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Evince/Downloads
OS: Windows 7 64-bit

Evince crashes when viewing the attached document and scrolling down about 2 pages.

Very likely it an issue fixed many years ago at any level in the stack (cairo, poppler or evince itself).

I have found some places with newer evince builds for Windows:

https://bitbucket.org/msys2/mingw-packages/src
http://repo.msys2.org/mingw/i686/

I do not know how good they are or whether they are reliable. Try them at your own risk :-)
