Description 1d28ed33 2017-05-24 11:49:53 UTC
Currently only ISO files are supported. It would be nice if one could also use img files. E.g. Microsoft Office 2013 is distributed using these files.
Comment 1 1d28ed33 2017-05-24 12:02:28 UTC
Actually I could just rename it to ISO and it worked, so maybe you just need to add the file extension to the list of supported file extensions.

img files are supposed to be supported already. Can you point out to an specific img file which doesn't show up to you in the File Chooser, please?

Yeah, I already mentioned the ones:
> E.g. Microsoft Office 2013 is distributed using these files.

Note I use Boxes v3.22.4 (as included in Fedora 25).

But it is reproducible with all other .img files I find. They are not even shown in the file chooser, while all .iso files are shown.
