missing pdf elements

Attached pdf has been generated with Inkscape (v0.91). It shows two similar line drawings next to each other. Some elements in the right drawing are missing that do show in other pdf viewers like acroread, okular, etc

This is how the pdf looks in evince on my screen. Important: when I zoom into this drawing the missing elements in the right drawing suddenly show up.

This seems to be an issue of the line thickness. If I increase it manually in Inkscape I can get the missing elements show up at different zoom levels.
