Hello,

Seahorse 3.20.0-3.1 under Debian Stretch.

Steps to reproduce :
File -> New -> PGP Key
Name : teste
Email : teste
Click Create
Leave passphrase fields empty
Click Ok

-> General Error "Could not generate PGP key"
