This short file shows the bug in action.  Detailed instructions are given in cell A4

If a range of cells, say A1:B1, is copied onto another range of cells, say A2:B2, and the target range contains locked cells other than the top-left cell, say A2 is unlocked and B2 is locked, the locked cells in the target range are improperly overwritten, ignoring its locked state.  See attached gnumerif file for a concrete example.
