Drag and drop of a timed event to the first column of the week doesn't work.

My timezone is utc+5:30. and my locale:

Hm.. Seems like the issue now present is a bit different. Or I didn't actually notice this, may be.

How to reproduce:
1. In week-view, create some timed event.
2. Dnd the event to some full-day column.

Result:
The event is created in the column just before the one actually drag and dropped.
