I have freshly installed Fedora 25 on my laptop. 
I run Gnome Software to remove some unwanted software.
I removed some softwares, but I still see them on the list of installed software.
When I try to remove them again I receive an error.

You need appstream-glib 0.6.9 or newer to fix this bug. I'll be including it in F25 soon.
