Description qqel 2017-02-17 15:26:41 UTC
After dragging any image from a PDF, and dropping it on to the document itself, the document starts scrolling according to mouse movements even when the window is out of focus.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any PDF containing draggable images. Drag any of them, but without dropping it anywhere (drop on to the document itself, for example).
2. Move the window out of focus, by alt-tabbing or clicking any other window. (optional)
3. Move cursor up and down to the top and the bottom of the screen. Evidence thinks text is being selected, and keeps scrolling according to cursor movements.
