When opening an embedded composer, e.g. replying to or forwarding a conversation, although focus is requested, the viewport is not always scrolled down so it is visible.

To reproduce: Scroll a longer conversation up until the last message is no longer showing, then hit Ctrl+R.

Fixed on master by commit 101075d1 and geary-0.12 by commit 0f6585b7.
