thats what i get when im trying to use my insane map and other functions after gimp is open the first error happens when gimps loading gap_decode_mplayer.exe- entry point not found

When opening gimp I get a error GIMP gap_decode_mplayer.exe- entry point not found in gimp. So I try to use my gimp map plugin insane and normal and i get this error http://i67.tinypic.com/nx456u.png, Now error gap_decode_mplayer.exe- entry point not foundI have been dealing with for a year and but I need to be able to use my gimp map plugins i need help in how this can be fixed.
