Whenever the builder is in split pane mode, if any of either left or right side occupies major space, then the file name of the file on the opposite side (occupying lesser space) is not visible.

Not sure what we can do about it though. When you resize frames, you’re bound to have less available space in the header and you have to reduce the amount of info visible.
