Description Bastian Ilsø 2016-11-28 16:38:45 UTC
Created attachment 340930 [details]
mockups handling room passwords via sidebar indicator and GtkInfoBar.

In some cases rooms might require you to specify a password in order to join them. This is currently not handled by Polari.

The attached mockups propose that we indicate in the sidebar if a room requires a password and show an infobar when the given room is selected, asking for a password.

Comment 2 André Klapper 2021-06-10 11:04:50 UTC
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version of Polari, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/polari/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
