Description Jeff Bai 2016-11-20 01:08:01 UTC
With Evince 3.22.*, drag and drop events are not released properly:

- Open a PDF file (picture or text based).
- Double click on the page (anywhere empty).
- Move your mouse around, you should see a "file" icon floating where your cursor is.
- Release your left button.
- Move your mouse out of the document view, or enter the Activities view.

Now, you should see Evince scrolling the documents in regard to where your mouse cursor is on the screen (scrolling up when mouse is "above" the document view, and down, respectively).
