It would be nice if the schedule of an event can be changed by mouse click drag.
That is, when the mouse is hovered over the ends of an item, the mouse resize cursor is shown, and the user is allowed to click and drag to reschedule.

+1, I hadn't thought of this feature for the month view but it makes sense.

More visibly/importantly, there is also the click+dragging of the top/bottom edges of events in week view to change their duration within the same day (or even across days, but that might be trickier because of scrolling unless the event lasts nearly 24 hours)
