proposed patch to manage synchronous KLV streams in tsdemux element

KLV metadata streams could be injected by a synchronous or an asynchronous way into MPEG-TS.

-> This patch gives to the tsdemux element the capacity to detect this kind of metadata stream.

By "this kind" I wanted to say the synchronous ones. Sorry for this mistake.
