Sample SVG file to replicate apparent bug

The attached SVG file would appear to be legitimate SVG, but when imported into GIMP only the first character of the strings show up.

To replicate:

File / Open / sample.svg

In "Render Scalable Vector Graphics" dialog set X ratio and Y ratio to 1000

Click OK

(Optional, for clarity: Layer / Transparency / Remove Alpha Channel)

Observe that the points are labeled with single character strings, original file contains multi-character strings.

Confirming. A bug in the librsvg shipped with the installer, maybe?
Comment 2 Michael Natterer 2016-11-10 13:13:56 UTC
On debian unstable (librsvg 2.40.16), the characters of the labels
are all drawn, but on top of each other.

Obviously a librsvg bug.
