GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 772252
Allow integration with GNOME Calendar, GNOME Contacts
Last modified: 2018-08-03 20:53:03 UTC
Among the fancy features we can see in the FantastiCal2 demo video (http://cdn.flexibits.com/fantastical2_mac_ec6a2703.mp4) at ~40 seconds+, you can highlight text in the browser and throw that over to the calendar app for natural string parsing so that it creates an event for you. Would be nice if Epiphany did that with GNOME Calendar. Maybe also for GNOME Contacts for email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses (but that one might be trickier as it might mean searching for dupes/merging info into existing contacts, etc.)
