Description Elad Alfassa 2016-08-30 12:59:09 UTC
When I have a video file with a .srt file with the same name next to it shared by rygel, I can view the video with subtitles on the "client" device (such as BubbleUPnP and a Chromecast), but when it's an mkv file with built-in subtitles, rygel doesn't share the subtitles with the video.

It would be nice if rygel would support subtitles embedded in mkv files.
Comment 1 Jens Georg 2016-08-30 13:49:27 UTC
What do you expect rygel to do there?
Comment 2 Elad Alfassa 2016-08-30 13:53:26 UTC
The exact same thing it does when there's an srt file present, so I can watch my videos with their embedded subtitles.
