g-s-d debug log

Having a Lenova Yoga 460 convertible here with Touchscreen & AES Stylus Pen.

When attaching a new monitor, the touchscreen gets remapped proppertly, but the stylue pen and erase don't. So the positions are off (putting the pen on the right edge of the screen will move the cursor on the right edge of the second monitor).

Attached is a g-s-d debug log of me while attaching the second monitor.

Running "xsetwacom set "Wacom Co.,Ltd. Pen and multitouch sensor Pen stylus" MapToOutput eDP1" afterward manually fixes it, as long the internal screen is not rotated, otherwise that has to be manually added too.

These lines look very fishy:

(gnome-settings-daemon:1495): libwacom-CRITICAL **: Duplicate match of 'usb:056a:00d0' on device 'Wacom Bamboo Touch (2FG)'.

Could you attach the output of lsusb? Do you get the tablet recognized as such in the Wacom panel in the control center? I think this is an specific issue of libwacom with your device. Libwacom doesn't seem to have data files for your model, plus it seems to share the same vid/pid than an older wacom model (‽).

If I'm right, there's nothing to be done here... I'll close with resolution NOTGNOME, and I'd encourage you to take this issue to linuxwacom-devel (linuxwacom-devel@lists.sourceforge.net), libwacom development is carried on there.

... Which I see you've been doing, I'll reply there. lsusb info still appreciated.

Thanks for the info. From the discussion in linuxwacom MLs, it's pretty clear now that this is not a gnome issue.
