Description johannestimm92 2016-04-06 18:00:52 UTC
When I want to print a pdf using evince with a number embedded pngs created with pdflatex on windows 7 (pdf file size 170MB). Evince creates a print job with a size of at least 3.61 GB, which takes at least 30 mintues to print 40 selected pages using a network printer. The printjob should not get this big, to have a much faster printing.

Adobe Reader produces a much smaller output, however I cant use it ,because it blocks the pdf to be changed by pdflatex.

I use evince 2.32.0.145 which is the latest offical version for windows 7.
