GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 764480
Feature request: click speaker on tab to mute or unmute audio.
Last modified: 2018-08-03 20:48:27 UTC
When a webpage plays audio, epiphany shows a speaker icon on its tab. It would be handy if this could be clicked to mute/unmute audio from that tab.
Caveat: some pages play audio intermittently, or on a loop with a break, so the icon appears and dissapears.

Just noticed that firefox has this :| not sure for how long. I haven't gotten around to it yet, but I'll try to help when I have some time.
