Description Que Quotion 2016-04-01 20:39:20 UTC
When a webpage plays audio, epiphany shows a speaker icon on its tab.

It would be handy if this could be clicked to mute/unmute audio from that tab.
Comment 1 Que Quotion 2016-04-01 20:48:22 UTC
Caveat: some pages play audio intermittently, or on a loop with a break, so the icon appears and dissapears.

Agreed. I think it might require new API in WebKit, though.

To show the icon, we're using webkit_web_view_is_playing_audio().

Just noticed that firefox has this :| not sure for how long.

I haven't gotten around to it yet, but I'll try to help when I have some time.
