Here are vnc connection features I found in remmina:
- readonly mode
- scaling
- compression
- clipboard handling
- quality levels
- color depth
- authentication
- reverse connections

How would we expose these 3 settings. Should we ~guess~ the best settings based on bandwidth and other parameters or expose it in the UI? If the later, is there a preferred location?

Another option would be exposing these "more technical" settings as GSettings.
