Displays fine for me. What version of eog and librsvg (the library that handles SVGs for eog) are you using? librsvg got quite some fixes in the last year, so it maybe because I'm using a more recent version of it.
I'm on the latest ubuntu with the latest packages of librsvg and eog. That is : eog 3.16.3 and librsvg2-2 version 2.40.10-1
Reassigning to librsvg as I can't see where eog is at fault here. It seems to work correctly for me even with librsvg-2.40.6. Maybe it has to do with the selected font or maybe a problem in Pango or Freetype??
