Description Stephen 2015-11-25 23:38:27 UTC
With gnome-boxes 3.16.x, its window would reliably tile left/right in Gnome on a 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 display (very common display resolutions).

With gnome-boxes 3.18.x it longer does - its minimum size, *when the VM overview on startup is icon view*, seems to be 961px - a single pixel (!) too big. This means it's not reliably possible to tile a gnome-boxes with another window on this common screen res, which is a useful mode of operation.

This may be related to the new list view code changes - if the VMs overview is in icon view, its minimum width is 961px, but switching to list view changes the minimum to 948px. Strangely, subsequently switching back to icon view leaves the minimum at 948px, so there may be a subtle width requirement bug involved?
