In VIM mode we should be able to switch buffer only with :b <tab> then it should show the list of open buffers either down in the bar which would feel better and not restrict to a split view or just show the buffer list same as what :buffers<enter> does.

I have some codes about a new parser for the command bar, but it's not ready yet
