On certain sites the URL in the location bar is not updated when the back button is pressed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Browse to https://github.com/GNOME/epiphany
2. Open any link in the source tree, for example the "data" directory.
   Url changes to https://github.com/GNOME/epiphany/tree/master/data
3. Press back button.

Result: Url will not change back to https://github.com/GNOME/epiphany
