GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 756057
Add function "Reading View" for web pages
Last modified: 2018-05-15 07:49:29 UTC
Reading View is a popular feature that incorporate the most popular web browsers. Reading View allows better viewing of the contents of a website, helping to focus on content without distraction. See Firefox description: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-reader-view-clutter-free-web-pages In addition to improving display for reading web pages, Firefox allows you to create "reading lists" to read later. In their latest versions, is to change its functionality for Pocket. Cheers
Starting point for the CSS: https://github.com/ignatenkobrain/gnome-news/blob/master/data/aboutReaderContent.css > In addition to improving display for reading web pages, Firefox allows you > to create "reading lists" to read later. Bug #685685

The reading list of firefox (now only on Android) only stores the address of the web in "read mode" for later use online. It should be mentioned that not all web pages can be viewed in read mode. However, I think the proposal is a good option, except to preserve the "reading view" to be stored. Cheers
