GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 751279
IRC network does not show up
Last modified: 2018-05-22 19:02:43 UTC
Created attachment 305765 [details] Which IRC network? empty Fedora 22 Workstation x86_64 gtk3 3.16.4 gnome-shell 3.16.2 Empathy 3.12.10 Tried adding an IRC account. Even after selecting the desired network (e.g. freenode) in Which IRC network? the selection appears to be empty (even though it’s actually not so I *can* connect to the selected network). (See the first screenshot.) The same applies to the Edit Connection Parameters window (the nickname was deleted manually on purpose). (See the second screenshot.)

I wonder, does anyone at GNOME still care about Empathy? This is still an issue in the hugely outdated version bundled with GNOME 3.20 - namely 3.12.12 Attaching a screencast next proving this
Created attachment 328670 [details] video demo of missing network name in new Accounts wizard (like the OP, i get the same thing in the Edit Connection dialog)
