The timestamp below an Annotation title shows up in the List if the PDF has been saved and reloaded, but not when the Annotation is first created.

Additionally, the timestamp seems to wrong. It dates the saving of the file 2 hours earlier for me, i.e. I've saved the file at 12:05, but the annotation time stamp says 10:05. (version: 3.16.1)

mmm. i think that if you are in germany you are now in gmt +2 ... thus, probably we are not using the locale to save the time.
