With the attached PDF, make the view Continuous (I cannot reproduce without this). Then zoom in to at least as much to create a scroll bar. Then go to the top, then press "PgUp". For me, Evince goes down.

Note that this PDF contains pages with just one word per page so that many pages appear on the screen at the same time with continuous view.

I have looked for a previously reported bug that is related and have not found one. I have reproduced the above behavior on 3.14.1 and 3.14.2.
