Description Eduardo Casais 2015-02-01 19:33:03 UTC
1. Situation

I have Empathy 3.4.2 running on Linux Debian Wheezy 7.8 64bits with accounts at

jit.si (Jabber)
antisip (SIP)

I can connect to both accounts, individually or simultaneously, without difficulty.

2. Problem

When trying to add a contact via the Empathy main menu, it is impossible to add any contact related to the antisip account. The drop-down account list in the "add contact" window never includes it as an enabled choice (the account is always greyed out and unselectable).

This happens under all following circumstances :
a) Both jit.si and antisip accounts are enabled and connected to.
b) Only the antisip account is enabled and connected to.

I confirm this on Empathy 3.12.12, Gnome 3.20.2, OpenSUSE Leap 42.2. Can not add contact for SIP account, but instant messages may be received successful if conversation was started by Interlocutor.
