Description Florian Klink 2014-12-23 13:31:17 UTC
I need to be able to set the base-mtu of an openconnect VPN connection.

When connecting to the VPN gateway through an IPv6 tunnel, the MTU doesn't get correctly discovered, which leads to stalling connections inside the vpn interface. When running the openconnect binary manually, while setting --base-mtu to a lower value, it works.

So it would be nice if I could set this parameter (and probably the --mtu parameter too) in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/* (and also in the gui).

Thanks in advance,
Florian

bugzilla.gnome.org is being shut down in favor of a GitLab instance.
We are closing all old bug reports and feature requests in GNOME Bugzilla which have not seen updates for a long time.

If you still use NetworkManager and if you still see this bug / want this feature in a recent and supported version of NetworkManager, then please feel free to report it at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/issues/

Thank you for creating this report and we are sorry it could not be implemented (workforce and time is unfortunately limited).
