I installed 2.8.14 on XP/32 service pack 3. When I try to move a window after a image has been opened GIMP crashes.

How to reproduce:
- open Gimp in single or multi window mode
- open an image or create new image
- try to move the gimp window, it will crash immediately

I guess this bug could be linked (duplicated?) to the bug 735507...
