Description Andrew Stubbs 2014-05-16 09:14:00 UTC
It used to be that a half-watched video would resume from the last known position, when reopened in a new totem session.

As of Gnome 3.12, totem seems to have had a complete UI overhaul (very nice, BTW) and lost this feature.

Please bring it back.
Comment 1 Michael Monreal 2014-08-18 18:44:34 UTC
I noticed the same and wonder if the feature was removed or if it is just bugged in 3.12.
Comment 2 Bastien Nocera 2014-08-25 16:58:17 UTC
It was removed see bug 675462 comment 5 for the rationale.
Comment 3 Andrew Stubbs 2014-08-26 09:53:20 UTC
The music video thing seems broken, but besides that I think that I'd rather have it only work for local files than not work at all.
