Description Baptiste Mille-Mathias 2014-02-11 07:48:02 UTC
While working on a patch for totem, I had a hard time figuring why set_modal / set_transient_for didn't work on a child window until I started tweaking the hint-type properties.

So that would be good to document this point. I'm okay to provide a patch, I just need to have some guidance. Do you prefer I had a paragraph in hint-type about set_modal / set_transient_for or the other way around ?

Regards.

what documentation do you envision adding ? since you are talking about child windows, do you mean GdkWindow api ?
