Having a "refresh tab" option in tabs contextual menu could be useful, in particular after a crash of the browser when all the tab need to be restored.

It's also useful when you want to just refresh the tab without opening it.

Instead of adding a context menu option I'd suggest to lazy load tabs from a crashed session in the background instead.
