Print dialog in Mozilla Firefox

When the print action is selected, in the "Page Setup" tab some options appear to be missing for some parameters. In my specific case, not all available paper sources are listed (even though available in the driver), thus preventing their use. In attachment two images that show the printing dialog in Firefox and in GIMP for the same printer. You will notice that 3 options are missing in GIMP.

Please paste the output of gimp --version --verbose, and figure what
GTK+ version firefox uses.

Thanks.
Comment 5 Michael Natterer 2014-10-21 22:34:35 UTC
Does this still happen in 2.8.14?
Comment 6 Alberto Ferrante 2014-11-11 13:05:00 UTC
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you: yes, it does!
Comment 7 Michael Natterer 2015-09-08 22:28:15 UTC
I get the same inconsistent behavior across a number of apps. I wonder
where these paper sizes are coming from.
