To reproduce:

With Shotwell open, secondary-click on any media item.

Choose **Open in File Manager** and observe the results.

Notice that the item isn't highlighted; it might enhance user-friendliness if
it were.

Note: this happens with multiple file managers; the original reporter saw it
with Nautilus, and I can reproduce it with Thunar as well.

Note 2: it may not be possible to completely control this; the user reports
that Deluge exhibits this as well.
