Explain how the video and audio tabs in the rendering dialog derive their values from the project's settings, and how they act as temporary "overrides" for them... explain how this is useful for:
- exporting to multiple different sizes for different target media
- speeding up rendering speed to do a quick "preview" render
- trying out how the thing looks like at various different resolutions

A big usecase I have is for HTML5 web videos: you don't want to force full-HD size video if the audience doesn't have the bandwidth/screen size/etc.
