The Telepathy backend creates a small shim library to access some Telepathy functionality not accessible through introspection. The only functionality we use which we need this library for is alias setting (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=28037).

Once that's fixed, we should remove this shim library.
