Sample-Test-Thread with Pan, wrong references-line

When using Pan from latest Git-version in a thread, at second level Pan brakes the references header.
At first reply in a thread the references header is just OK, but beginning at second reply down in the thread, Pan brakes the last reference entree in this header in a wrong way. So it isn't possible for Pan and all other readers to sort the second reply correct in the thread.
