No message for other users when "/part <chat room id B> <reason message>" command is used under Empathy/IRC application

"/part <chat room id B> <reason message>" command should display a message reason when a user uses the command under Empathy/IRC application.
There is no message notification after the above command is used.

This works for me with Empathy 3.8.4 and Idle 0.1.16-1. I joined #haidere on OFTC with Empathy and another client; switched to a different tab in Empathy; and entered:

  /part #haidere lol

in Empathy. In the other client, I saw:

  15:17 --> wjt` (~wjt@212.110.165.248) has left #haidere (lol)

And in the Empathy tab for #haidere, I saw:

  wjt` has left the room (lol)

What's different in your environment?
