Description Martin Holec 2013-07-01 12:35:15 UTC
Can't open conversation with offline contacts.

0. Have Jabber, Google or Facebook account configured.
1. Search for existing offline account in Contacts.
2. Select offline contact and click on instant messaging ID.

Expected result: Empathy window with conversation should appear.

Note: User shouldn't be prevented to send messages to offline contacts, because all major IM network - Jabber, Google and Facebook supports sending text messages to offline contacts.

Confirming in 3.10 - you should be able to open a chat with an offline contact (it's up to the chat application how to handle it, but you should be able to get there from Contacts).
