Description Sam 2013-03-19 11:30:41 UTC
I have created a dummy flow chart for testing purposes and have been unsuccessful in trying to export to pdf (via 'By extension' and 'Cairo pdf'). In both instances approx 1/3 of the document is sliced off. I believe that I have the page set up correctly (A3 fitting 1 to 1).

I have attached an example here.

Please attach the diagram, not only the resulting PDF. The issue reminds me on bug 598399 which was caused by bug 598399 in GTK+. The latter bug got finally fixed in the gtk+-3.x series, but Dia master still relies on gtk+-2.x. A separate fix was applied to master.

As expected the issue is resolved with current master.

When you say 'current master' you mean the most up to date version? I'm using 0.97.2
Comment 8 Hans Breuer 2013-03-21 06:35:06 UTC
Current master is the synonym for the newest version of the Dia source code available at https://git.gnome.org/browse/dia. as bug 598399 Target Milestone field says the issue's fix will be released with Dia =.98, whenever that happens.
Comment 9 Sam 2013-03-21 10:32:28 UTC
Okay, many thanks for your help.
