Port to Python 3

Part of the GNOME 3.8 Goal
https://live.gnome.org/GnomeGoals/Python3Porting

This is the result of running 2to3. I'm attaching it for review
because it affects tools that I never personally used, and are not part
of the runtime package.

Attachment 232550 [details] pushed as b4c5a26 - Port to Python 3

I pushed this anyway. I don't think it matters really, nobody
is going to use to scripts soon, and if they're broken I'll fix
them when I need them.
