GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 680481
Epiphany 3.4.0 gestures does not work with epiphany 3.4.2 (regression)
Last modified: 2013-05-27 16:09:25 UTC
Downstream bug report: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=772553 Mouse gestures are completely broken in Epiphany/Web. They're still installed along with Epiphany Extensions, which are still installed by default when installing Epiphany/Web from Yast. But they just don't work. This is a regression from openSUSE 12.1. If this can't be fixed in time for 12.2, it's appropriate to consider removing gestures from the extensions package for that release. According to its developer, epiphany-extensions is not under active development anymore. (For reference: https://mail.gnome.org/archives/gnome-i18n/2013-May/msg00035.html and bug 700924.) It is unlikely that there will be any further active development. Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping - Please feel free to reopen this bug report in the future if anyone takes the responsibility for active development again.
