It would be nice to be able to reuse an applied effect onto another clip, keeping its properties (and eventually, keyframes). The user would do the following:

1. Select clip A, which already has the effect
2. In the "Clip properties" tab, click and drag the effect
3. Drop the effect onto a different clip (B) on the timeline
