Description of problem:
The sushi window can't be  dragged over the screen: I press with the left mouse
key into the window's title area and then try to move by dragging the mouse,
but this  is not possible.

Steps to Reproduce:

Nothing happens.

Expected results:
The window can be moved over the screen

I'm sure this was possible in the early beginning of F17

This seems to work correctly here with 0.4 (and there's also a comment on the original downstream report confirming this). I think this might have just been a temporary Clutter regression.

Feel free to reopen if you can still reproduce with Clutter 1.10 and Sushi 0.4.
