When columns are deleted, the borders they contain can get introduced into
the neighbouring column.

1) new gnumeric
2) Select B4:D8
3) Outline button -> thick border
--> the cells now have a thick outer border
4) select column D, right click, "delete column"
-> Column E now has the border format. :-)

Stupid typo in recent ins/del col/row changes.  We were always inserting.
